...have you read the programmes of the many organisations? My honest answer, although I may sound clever, I have not, the simple reason, I just did not feel there was any thing new from what I heard for a long time in all of them. But I read, and although I do not have the appropriate statistics, I am sure as many more of you read the epdp programme and policy than any other. What is important is, the effect of new change, of different, of realistic, of practical, specially in the Eritrean atmosphere has. |
