Since 1991, it is estimated that the PFDJ regime sent some 500 students to South Africa, and about 300 to UK, and more than 1000 to US for training and graduate studies. The majority of them never went back after completing their studies. The regime never published their names; however, anecdotal evidence and random sampling suggests that less than 1% were Muslims. This time, out of 14 people who were sent to Qatar for training, there is not a single Muslim trainee.
